- A: Total delivery time = Production (5-7 days) + Shipping (varies by country). For example, orders to the US & Europe usually arrive within 12–21 days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
- A: Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $120. For orders under $120, a flat fee of $4.99 applies.

Q: Can I track my order?
- A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 3–5 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
