  • Q: Are Navora products ready to ship?
    • A: No. To ensure the highest quality, all our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. This means we start creating your item once the order is placed.
  • Q: How long does production take?
    • A: Production typically takes 5–7 business days. We appreciate your patience as we craft your unique piece.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
    • A: Total delivery time = Production (5-7 days) + Shipping (varies by country). For example, orders to the US & Europe usually arrive within 12–21 days.
  • Q: Do you offer free shipping?
    • A: Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $120. For orders under $120, a flat fee of $4.99 applies.
  • Q: Can I track my order?
    • A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 3–5 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

3. Payments 

  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?
    • A: We accept all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover) and PayPal.
  • Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?
    • A: No. When redirected to PayPal, you can select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to checkout as a guest without creating an account.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Q: Can I return a customized item?
    • A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customized or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
    • A: Please contact us at support@navora.co within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
  • Q: Who pays for return shipping?
    • A: If the item is defective or incorrect, Navora covers the cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
