Return & Refund Policy


Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after the delivery date (based on the carrier's tracking information) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • With original tags attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before purchasing to ensure the correct size and design are selected.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly within your 7-day return window, providing:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

If the error is confirmed on our end, Navora will:

  • Cover all return shipping costs
  • Provide a free replacement or a full refund

Note: To qualify for a defect replacement or refund, the item must not show signs of being used, washed, or damaged by the customer after delivery.

⚠️ Returns sent to our facility without prior authorization via email will not be accepted or processed.

We aim to respond to all return requests within 24 business hours.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or Custom-designed products: Any item customized with personal text, specific names, or uploaded photos (e.g., custom pet portraits).
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / Incorrect items: Free return shipping (Navora covers the cost).
  • Customer Remorse (e.g., ordered wrong size, change of mind): The customer is fully responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our US warehouse. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
