SHIPPING & HANDLING
At Navora, every product is handcrafted and made-to-order to ensure premium quality. Please review the details below for order processing, estimated delivery time, shipping fees, tracking updates, and delivery policies.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+7, Indochina Time), Monday through Friday, will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Processing & Production Time
All Navora products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and typically require 4–6 business days for production before shipment.
Please Note
While our business management office is located in Vietnam and we maintain a US address strictly for customer returns, our custom products are shipped directly from our international manufacturing and fulfillment facilities. This careful crafting and direct fulfillment process ensures you receive unique, high-quality products.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate estimates, actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasonal volumes.
Please note that transit/shipping times below do not include the 4–6 business days required for production.

International Destinations
Europe and other international destinations may include the UK, European countries, Australia, New Zealand, and other international regions.
Delivery Note
Please allow an additional 2–6 days for delivery in remote areas or due to external factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs inspections, or postal delays.
3. Standard (Oversized) Shipping Fees
For oversized products, shipping fees are calculated based on the destination region. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping Fee Note
Shipping fees may vary depending on the product type, package size, destination, and any applicable shipping restrictions. Final shipping costs will always be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.
4. Order Tracking
Since our items are custom-made, tracking numbers are generated and emailed to you as soon as your product finishes production and is handed over to our logistics partners.
Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email for the tracking status to update and sync in the carrier’s system.
If tracking details are temporarily unavailable or show “not found”, it means your package is securely in transit and waiting for its first regional sorting scan.

5. Important Requirements & Restrictions
Tax Identification Number
Some countries, including Brazil, Mexico, and Norway, require a personal tax ID number for customs clearance. Failure to provide this during checkout may result in customs delays or the package being returned.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to U.S. Military Bases, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Policy
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Navora is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Return to Sender
If an order is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional re-shipping fees will apply to send it out again.
Package Redirection
If you request your local carrier to forward or redirect your package after it has left our facility, Navora cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss, theft, or transit damage.
